Resilience and Financial Acumen: From Business Fundamentals to Strategic Positioning
Dr. Su Xijia, Honorary Professor at China Europe International Business School, opened with “Managing a Business in Uncertain Times.” He emphasized that uncertainty is a persistent feature of business, calling on companies to protect cash flow and commercial credibility, improve turnover, manage products and customers, and maintain compliance. Sound business fundamentals, together with an ability to recognize changing trends, remain essential.

Guo Yan, Co-founder and Executive Director of EasyFinance, spoke on “Financial Acumen Essential for Entrepreneurs in a Changing Environment.” She explained that strategic positioning shapes a company’s products, target customers, pricing, cost commitments and sales channels—and ultimately its profitability. Consistent long-term positioning helps leaders make more disciplined operating decisions.

Finance in the Digital Age: From Shared Services to Value Creation
Yang Yin, Associate Professor at Shanghai National Accounting Institute, discussed “Trends in Intelligent Finance in the Digital Age.” He presented shared services as a management concept rather than necessarily a physical center. Companies can develop standardized processes, explore intelligent finance applications, and then extend digital tools into decision support. As routine analytical tasks become more automated, finance professionals will be expected to contribute greater insight and judgment.

Yang Yin, Associate Professor at Shanghai National Accounting Institute

Chang Qing, Vice President of Tianneng Holding Group, addressed “Green Manufacturing and the New Mission of the CFO.” Drawing on the development of the new-energy sector, he discussed finance leadership in long-term value creation, strategic execution, risk-conscious growth, business-finance integration, operational responsiveness and digital innovation. These priorities, he suggested, should be reflected in staged plans, measurable evaluation and continuous improvement.

Chang Qing, Vice President of Tianneng Holding Group
Yu Yang, Founder and CEO of Yunjian Yecai, presented “Light Sharing, New Sharing: A New Finance Management Model in the Intelligent Era.” His talk examined how finance can serve core business scenarios through coordinated changes to organizational structures, processes and systems. Scenario-based, agile, cloud-enabled shared-service models can help finance teams respond more closely to operating needs.

Operational Performance and Business Innovation: Quantitative Management, IP Marketing and Risk
Chen Bing, Senior Partner and Senior Finance Instructor at EasyFinance, presented “Quantitative Management: Outcompeting Rivals Through Better Decisions.” Using marginal-cost and contribution analysis, she challenged the assumption that selling fewer low-margin products necessarily improves total profit. Where capacity or other bottleneck resources are constrained, companies must evaluate how different products contribute to returns on those scarce resources.

Li Yong, Chairman of Guyuan Cultural and Creative Technology, spoke on “A New Route to Efficiency: IP-Driven Digital Marketing.” As consumer preferences evolve beyond product functionality toward experiences and meaning, brands can use intellectual-property-based marketing to build stronger connections and explore more efficient conversion and customer engagement.
